Carpentry

Wood was our first love (my wife’s dad had a woodshop and she was a framer; I love all things of a fine woodworking nature). We often collaborate with a custom cabinetry friend of ours (a true artist) to make our client’s custom dreams come true.

Revamping your deck, installing new baseboard trim, crown moulding, custom cabinets and shelving, handmade dovetail drawers - we would love help your vision become reality. 

Plumbing

Replacing toilets, rerouting plumbing for new sinks/vanities, remodeling tubs/showers and installing new kitchen sinks are things I do again and again. Clogs, leaks and maintenance issues are usually easy to find and fix - I’m your guy!

I don’t install new water heaters or dishwashers unless it’s in conjuction with a kitchen or bath remodel. Those things can be rather temperamental and I leave that to the licensed plumbers.

Electrical

Small electrical projects like moving outlets, updating switches/plugs and installing new light fixtures are all in a days work.

Painting & Drywall

Need a change? New paint can be an easy fix! Not only can we put some color in your life - we can fix all those spots that bug you. The old nail holes, bad patch jobs, where the doorknob punched through…you get it. From small patches to installing a new sheet of drywall, we know how to make it look just perfect!

Home Checks & Routine Maintenance

Gone for the winter? Gone for a week or two? I do home checks for my snowbirds on a monthly basis (or as requested). If you’re just on a extended vacation and need mail picked up, small projects done, plants watered or even the house cleaned for your return (that would be my wife’s area), we can do that!
